The base price or rate will start at double the amount of a regular commission price. We will work together around your budget.

They will have priority over regular commissions, please contact me directly. We may discuss extra details as well.

CC include: Youtube/Twitch/Patreon or any other social media platform banner, promotional artwork for a brand, book covers, merchandise, or else. Any type of event in which the artwork will have some sort of spotlight.

You will see the initial sketch before the start of the work. At that stage, changing something is still plausible. You may ask for wips as I work on it, up to 2 before the completed work. After the start of the work, no changes will be permitted.

The reason I do not allow changes as of now is due to my traditional work. If small details may be changed with digital editing I may accept them, but I will decline in most times.

I will watermark/add a signature to the wips for security reasons.

I will accept PAYPAL (USD) or MXN (for nationals only).

I will send an invoice after discussing the details with the commissioner. Once payment has been confirmed, I will start the work.

I will give you a 3-day period to make the payment. If no payment or word from commissioner is received during those 3 days, the commission may be automatically cancelled.

Depending on the final price for the commission, any commissions over $200 USD may be paid in half at the start of the work and half by the end of it. We will discuss before the start of the work. You may pay beforehand as well.

Refund may only be plausible at the sketching stage. Once the commission work has begun, no refunds will be made. I kindly ask for understanding.

The commissioner will not be permitted the use of the sketch once the commission has been cancelled. It may be sold, please kindly discuss it with me.

If a chargeback is filed, I will retract the right from you for any commission I may have done for you. You will not be able to commission me ever again.

I will only accept 3 commission slots at the time. As I work traditionally - digitally it's a slow process.

I will work on the commissions as they come, except for commercial ones. Please kindly understand if you're added to the waiting list.

I will usually take 1 - 2 weeks to finish a single commission (if there are some before yours, I will tell you your exact waiting time). If I take longer, it might be due to real life situations interfering with my work. I will always be in contact to let you know, please kindly understand.

You may ask me directly regarding your commission process (due to time zones I might take my time replying).

I will send a high resolution watermarked and clean version to your e-mail once it's completed.

Hold every right to the produced drawing, but not the commissioned work. You may post the watermark version onto your social media (with rightful credit).

Print the art for personal use (decorate your room, use as sticker or cover a book with it).

Hold the right to the character (if it's an original character of yours) but not the commission itself (it means you're making valid that I'm the artist that created it!).

Hold the right to the commission, but not the content (the fact that I am the artist that created the work, but the character is not mine).

Use the copyrighted work for my portfolio or online promotion.

If the commissioner strictly issues a private commission (and they will not post it anywhere on social media) I will respect the decision and not post it in my social media either. Although I might use it on my professional portfolio if needed.

Reproducing, distributing and/or using the copyrighted artwork comercially without discussing it with I, the artist, beforehand. (You may not make a profit off it without agreeing on it or discussing it with me first).

Taking credit for the artwork when sharing or reposting it.

Erasing/removing or taking out the watermarks from the WIPs.

Erasing/removing or taking out the watermarks from the finished artwork.

If any of the above is infringed, the right held to the commission will be withdrawn for the commissioner. At the same time, I will forbid you from ever commissioning me again. A warning will be issued along the notice of infringement.

For more background details (more flowers, jewels...) an extra $10+ USD will be charged (to be discussed). The commission already includes a simple background.

For any extra character +60% of the commission price will be charged.

For complicated details or extra props an extra $15+ USD will be charged (to be discussed).
